ADULT BASIC EDUCATION
Adult Basic Education (ABE) programs are designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are not enrolled in school and wish to enhance their fundamental abilities in reading, writing, mathematics, listening, and speaking.
ABE is intended to give opportunities that lead to basic literacy, employment, higher education, and training.
